Sadly, I wouldn't recommend staying here

We stayed at this apartment for a week as a family of five. The location is absolutely beautiful, just outside Zakopane, with stunning mountain views. The apartment itself is modern, spacious and was very clean on arrival.

Unfortunately, our experience was let down by a number of issues. The listing is quite misleading. The photos show a washing machine, but there isn't one which was a major inconvenience. The nearest launderette is around 5 km away, is usually very busy, and costs approximately 25 zł per wash and dry, which quickly adds up. The photos also show four TVs, but there are only two, and one of those didn't work. After our first night, I had to contact the management company with a list of problems, which included a shower head that wouldn't stay in place, a bathroom light fitting hanging off the ceiling, a wall socket that had been left pulled out with exposed wiring, and a bath plug that was almost impossible to remove once the bath had been filled, meaning we had to use the showers for the rest of our stay. The kitchen was also poorly equipped, lacking basic items such as kitchen towels, tea towels and a simple frying pan. The management company did resolve some of the issues within two days of us reporting them. However, we still had to rely on the only working TV, which didn't even have any channels available, so YouTube was the only entertainment we could use. Parking was also an issue. Although there appears to be allocated garage parking, local residents were regularly using the available parking spaces rather than their own garages. As a result, we were unable to park conveniently and had to leave our car in the area by the bins instead. Overall, while the location and cleanliness are excellent, the apartment is overpriced for what it offers. For the amount we paid, I believe there are much better options available that are better maintained and more accurately described. Sadly, I wouldn't recommend staying here, and I wouldn't choose to return.

Good location, close to the ski resort. Good furniture, clean and warm. Comfortable parking. Gorgeous view. We had a trouble finding a fluff after previous guests. Appreciate that the hotel is pets friendly, just make sure the cleaners pay attention on it next time. Fortunately next day everything was fixed

No one meet us when we arrived and no one contacted me before. It was hard to get a key because no stuff speaks English, only polish. We had to wait almost an hour outside waiting for the guy who brought a key. Other small moments: pay attention that there’s no hair dryer, unfortunately. For 6 nights stay we’ve got only one towel per person.
