Love the location. Easy to walk around. Close to subway stations and restaurants. Room size was good for a solo traveler.
I specifically requested a 'Quiet' room but I got a room near the elevator and trash bins. I could hear the late check in quests moves with suitcase rollers and talking loudly even after 10:00 pm.

Free of charge laundromat with laundry detergent, we were able to use a fridge, 3-5 min walk from Metro and busses, amazing location, cooler!, good breakfast:eggs, peanut butter, cheese, ramen, butter, jam. Extra towels in the hallway.
There is not special storage room for suitcases
Sometimes there are too many in the kitchen.

Breakfast with eggs provided, great location
Noisy aircon, had to wear earplugs to sleep at night. Showering was a pain because the hot water supply was very inconsistent
