The atmosphere was nice, friendly, and welcoming staff in the beginning.
But as addition - if you see people that are exhausted, it would be great if you could not have a small talk with them, especially when you see that a person is not up for that.
Also waiting for a talk with other customers to finish, when it seemed it wasn't about organisational things, was a bit strange. It's better to leave it for later, if the queue is being made. And continue the talk afterwards if people stay in reception.
Great design, visuals, clean rooms, very stylish. Working elevator.
That you had tea and coffee in a room and a kettle was really nice.
The bathroom was really nice. And curtains in a room that was not allowing light to enter the room, so people can sleep better. Thank you.
There are plenty of opportunities to charge electric devices.
The location where the shop is nearby is also great.
So you check the soap before people enter your room, and how much is it left there in all 3 tubes.
There was a badge about toilettes that must be asked at the reception, but in the reception, there was no such a thing.
There was no sugar in the room for tea, as well as no spoons like at all.
If you put water bottle in the room, put it for 2 people, not for one (when it's 2 people being in a room), having 1 water and 1 box with napkins on the other hand, was odd.
Better 2 water and a box of napkins - just in case.
Slippers would be a great addition.
Balsam for hair as well, toothbrush and toothpaste if possible.
For women - disks out of cotton wool.
Change the fan for drying hair, too strong, possible to damage hair with it.
It's all for your room for improvement and making your service better, especially when you have new beginnings with new administration.

I have used this hotel twice now on my way between my homes in scandinawia and Italy. I am coming back!
It is to narrow betwenn the bathroomdoor and the wall. The rooms are tiny.

Lovely atmosphere, beautiful room and bathroom and very clean! Breakfast was good and staff were really friendly. Underground parking was perfect and it's close enough to the city centre.
Last time our room was situated at the side of the building (which was good), but the time before that we slept on the street side - that's were the bus and tram terminal is. That side is quite loud, especially if you sleep with the window open. If you have the option, try to get a room not on the street side.
