Large space but interesting decor
It was further away from the city and local shops than we realised

Very colourful and well thought out. It was in an excellent location in a street with local people who were all fine. No issues with noise etc..The lady Cheryl gave us a call afterwards just to check all had been well. This I thought was an extremely nice touch of which I have never had before. We definitely had everything we needed and we thought the guide book had everything well explained.
I am only writing a negative here because I feel that these reviews should be as honest as possible to be useful....the little garden out of the back door was great, as it was nicely enclosed etc but wow...I felt like hiring a lawnmower from somewhere and sorting it out. I did use scissors to clear the weeds on the little path so we could sit outside without vegetation around our ankles. It was quite bad and really let the whole place down. So if the gardener took things a bit more serious, the place would be exceptional and of a very high standard. That really was the only thing I could find that I thought was if a low standard

From entering the property, it just felt like home.
Spotless and comfortable. The little complimemyary touches of wine and Tato crisps and note in the kitchen. The toiletries provided and the clean crisp bedding and towels.
Especially loved the little details with the loo rolls and the swan in the bathroom.
Quiet residential area with easy access to the main city only 10 minutes on the bus. Although we didn't wander locally, there was what looked like a walk along the canal into town.
Shopping park 5 minutes walk to collect any supplies needed from Aldi and plenty coffee and fast food places about.
Everyone we spoke to were so helpful and kind.
Will definitely be back.
Nothing we didn't like but if I had to pick something, it would be that the garden space could do with a tidy up. We were out too much to use it but if had stayed longer would of been lovely to sit out in.
