Das Personal einzigartig und fantastisch.
Die Lage perfekt. Das Frühstück ist ausgewogen und frisch.
Wir hatten eine Suite zu dritt. Das Schlafsofa ist leider eine Katastrophe. Habe kein Auge zugemacht und darauf kann maximal eine 40-50 kg schwere Person gut schlafen.

Room very large , clean and bright . Great shower and bathroom . Comfortable bed . Lift from garage to room . Good breakfast with hot and cold food choices . Coffee and tea maker in room plus refrigerator with several free drinks .
Check in a bit difficult due to no living. person to check you in and all was done at a kiosk . Quite impersonal . Should have checked in on line prior to arrival and that might have made things easier .
Underground garage but had to lock bikes to a rail and garage was open at night and day .

De prijs-kwaliteit verhouding van dit hotel is goed op orde, de kamer was schoon en er zijn leuke Duitse restaurants in de buurt.
De kamer had geen airconditioning. Dat is in de zomer met meer dan 30 graden overdag en meer dan 20 in de nacht niet te doen. Zeker ook niet in combinatie met het plastic beddengoed, Slecht geslapen helaas. Een tweede kritiekpunt was de afwezigheid van personeel. Alles moest digitaal, maar het systeem stoorde en was nodeloos ingewikkeld. Beetje jammer en in tegenspraak met de term boetique hotel, waar je juist persoonlijke aandacht zou verwachten.
