I had a wonderful stay at Casa Diana in Râșnov. Cristina and her family were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and communication was excellent from the beginning. The accommodation was lovely and spotlessly clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The outdoor kitchen, cooking area and seating space were also fantastic and a great place to relax. A real highlight was Saturday evening, when Cristina and her family invited all the guests to dinner and prepared traditional Romanian food in the outdoor kitchen. We enjoyed mămăligă, homemade Romanian cheese made by Cristina’s father, and delicious pork preserved in lard from their own farm. We also tried vișinată, the traditional sour-cherry liqueur Cristina’s husband made. It was a lovely evening and a wonderful example of genuine Romanian hospitality. I would definitely recommend Casa Diana to anyone visiting Râșnov. The accommodation was excellent, but Cristina and her family's warmth and hospitality made the stay particularly memorable.
