Beautifully presented. Pool was amazing. Beds were very comfy. Bathroom was lovely and pool was fantastic. We enjoyed using the BBQ. Location is good, could walk to a restaurant which is rare in Tuscany, wider area is more industrial than the Siena side of Tuscany but also means there were shops and things to do every day Inc Sunday.
Kitchen could have been better equipped, only 1 huge pot and 3 frying pans. Blunt knives and limited serving dishware.

Prima locatie van waaruit je snel in het centrum van Arezzo bent.
En van waaruit je de omgeving kunt verkennen.
Wel noodzakelijk om een auto tot je beschikking te hebben.
Het appartement met airco was goed.
Het zwembad was prima en werd goed schoongehouden.
In de beschrijving wordt aangegeven dat er een hottub is en een tafeltennistafel.
De ruimte waar de hottub stond was smerig en de hottub was niet gebruik. Het gebouw waar de hottub in stond wordt niet schoongehouden. Wellicht wordt het zomers niet gebruikt maar zorg wel dat het er netjes uitziet.
Verder wordt in de beschrijving aangegeven dat er een tafeltennistafel is. Deze stond echter achter een schutting. Was niet in gebruik. Wel stond er een oude keukentafel maar die gebruik je niet om te tafeltennissen. Haal de uit de beschrijving dat er een hottub en een tafeltennis is. Mensen verwachten dat het er is als het in de beschrijving staat.

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und das Interieur ist vollständig renoviert.
Die Unterkunft wird als Haus gelistet, tatsächlich handelt es sich jedoch um ein Apartment. Die Bilder zeigen nur die obere Wohnung, wir wurden einer Einheit zugewiesen, die nur wenige Fenster hat, die meisten zum Parkplatz hin. Die akustische Isolierung ist schlecht – die Nachbarn feierten bis 2 Uhr morgens, Schlaf war schwierig. Die Wohnung ist sehr heruntergekommen und entspricht nicht den mitteleuropäischen Standards.
