- clean
- convenient
- nice view and design
- comfortable bed
- no drinking water
- a few little stains on bedsheets
- loud ventilation (at night time) but you can get used to it
- the sofa was not prepared for sleep as it was shown on photos. aligned time of arrival was at night, so I was sadly discovering how to open the sofa and making my bed at 1am..

Bardzo ładnie urządzone mieszkanie. Jasne, przestronne, czyste. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona. Kanapa wygodna. Odbiór kluczy prosty i bezproblemowy. Pół godziny spacerku od Stadionu Narodowego - to był nasz cel. Kilka Żabek w okolicy, jedna przy samej bramie. Niedaleko też Biedronka.
Zabrakło klimatyzacji lub wiatraka - byłyśmy w rekordowo upalny dzień i było tam ciężko wytrzymać. Była jedna kołdra do dyspozycji, a my wolimy jednak osobne. Zazwyczaj w takich mieszkaniach były mini ekspresy do kawy z kapsułkami na kilka dni. Tego mi bardzo brakowało. I w kuchni przydałyby się jakieś ręczniki papierowe, ścierka.

Nice location, available quickly and easy to access. Big kitchen area and nice bed sofa!
Perhaps not the best place for people with hidden disabilities, sensory issues, autism-spectrum or even ADHD. (noises from neighbors at night and even daytime, cold marble floors with no place for shoes to be placed - anyone with neurodivergency might also experience issues with eg. how clean the floor actually is (id recommend to bring indoor shoes or lay out the towels…).
First line of Customer service not helpful nor empathetic or experienced enough to provide any sort of comfort. However, second line of customer service was very polite and seemed more appropriate and understanding.
