The pool was very dirty, there was a stinky sewer drain spilling to the front parking lot, next to the restaurant. Breakfast was almost 300 pesos per person. At least that was good.

I didn't like that it took for ever for them to give me my room when I already have made a reservation online, I had to ask them multiple times if the room was ready.

it was my first time staying at this hotel, the property was fantastic in everyway. I will definitely be staying here on future trips.

the main entry looks magnificent and staff was really nice but the rooms were dirty, the carpet looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time, there was dust everywhere and i even had to clean out the a/c filter because it was clogged and because of that it wasnt blowing cold air. For the price of $80 a night i expect alot more

Nice helpful staff, clean facilities. Quiet and AC works amazing. I will definitely stay here again. Recommended to all !

All was very good EXCEPT the smell of the water in the bathroom sink...sulfur type smell.....and one faucet did not work in the bathroom sink.

The hotel is clean and modern. Kids loved having a pool. Staff was friendly and accommodating, even for parking our big trailer overnight. We would stay again!

It's ok for the price. Just the employees have their conversations super loud early in the morning thru the hotel aisles. Can hear everything inside the room.

They gave us Room 245. The hotel network never showed up in any of our 5 devices. Even when adding it as new network, they never got connected.

Very nice property

Araiza Hermosillo has a prime location on the Hotel Zone with access to many restaurants on the same Boulevard including some walking distance. The hotel needs many upgrades in the rooms, the bathtub is old/stained, beds need to be replaced, carpet stained and definitely needs an upgrade with electrical outlets. The price per night is low, compared to some others around but it still needs to be upgraded. I think the worst part of the hotel are the receptionists... they were so inefficient, slow, and zero customer service. They were both having personal conversations as we were trying to check in, both made no eye contact until the end of the check in part, anything we asked their response was: "I don't know" "I'm not aware" "I wouldn't be able to answer that" "I have to look for it" not once they had a quick assertive reply. Just dumb girls in the early 20's with no knowledge on hospitality etiquette. It's disappointing to think a supervisor or manager would hire these young adults to be in charge of managing the front desk with such little experience. So, shame on the hiring manager for this and for not training them correctly. The staff at the restaurant/buffet were more prepared and definitely had customer service skills. I appreciate that. I would not recommend or ever stay at Araiza Hermosillo ever again.
