There was a wait to check in. The room was adequate for an overnight stay before catching a plane in the morning, but wouldn't want to stay longer.

When I arrived the gentleman the desk was nic no problems. Them was fine perfect for my one night stay because I had an early flight out of Richmond airport the shuttle was on time a 4:00am the driver was nice loaded my bags. Got me to airport short drive worked out perfectly

The staff were very helpful both at the desk and the shuttle drivers. The only reason I rated the hotel as average was because there were lots of "Out of Order" signs on the elevator, the vending machine, the waffle maker, etc. The coffee was excellent.

The hotel is in deplorable conditions. All furnitures are old and dirty. Very low quality. There are room doors secured with pad locks from the outside (very creepy). The rooms are non smoking but smell like cigarettes. There were holes on the bathroom walls.

I walked in to find that I was second in line. We waited over 20 minutes. There was no one at the front desk.
The only employee was having to drive guest to the airport because of a no show that morning. Saturday evening at 8:00, only one employee. That’s just bad management. This was compounded by all the signs telling me to Go get rewarded.
When she showed up she was professional and efficient.
Room and property was shabby.

Staff was excellent: Jamilla and Navi in particular. Lots of "temporarily out of order" signs around premises.

The shuttle to the airport is some old mini van where the seat belts dont even work and the whole hotel smelled like weed from the moment you walked in and the breakfast in the morning was one of the worst hotel breakfasts i have ever had.

This seems to be an old hotel with smelly hallways, probably previously smoking allowed. My room at least didn't smell so that was acceptable. The gal that checked me in was super perky and friendly and the location was great for a quick flight the next morning. Bed was definitely an old spring mattress so could have used an upgrade. Overall the hotel met my needs for an overnight prior to an early flight but would not enjoy a multiple night stay.

This property seemed average for just a place to sleep on the way to our destination. My biggest complaint was the aroma of the herbal refreshments. At one point it was so strong my eyes burned. The use of the continuous fan did help a lot.

TV did not work. Room phone did not work. Heater did not work. This was my first property with Expedia. I am considering whether to use you again or not. I give good reviews too. But this was bad. Young lady at front desk was excellent and very apologetic.

No one answred the phone when we wanted to request a shuttle from the airport....several tries. Took a cab and there was no one at the desk to check us in for half an hour. A phone # was left but no one answered. Turns out he shuttle driver was also the front desk ckerk! NOT impressed!!

The worst! Got in at 11pm and had to be up at 5:30am. 2 hours after I was in the room and fell asleep two men tried getting in my room. They left and came back. Finally I opened the door and said what are you doing. They were trying to get in because the clerk thought my room was empty. So after already being woke up twice I fell asleep again only to be woken up yet again by the clerk asking if the room was occupied? Obviously! I checked in 4 hours ago and have been woken up 3 times. If I didn’t have the chain lock on I would have woke up to two men in the room! Not an apology from the front desk! For your safety do not stay at this hotel

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room had only one blemish: approximately a 4" square damage on the rug. Otherwise, the room was standard, clean and with a few amenities. Room was very quiet considering there was an international airport very close by. I came in late so it didn't matter to me that there was no bar or pub food available.
