Maintenance was non existent, faucet and shower dripping. WC also running. No breakfast and no signs of ever having had one as there where no machines at all. Reception area was enclosed with what looked like bulletproof glass.

For $150 a night you get a receptionist who manages not to speak a single word during check-in, a view of mice running around the employee area behind the front desk, broken elevators and a 6th floor non-smoking room that reeks of cigs, feminine hygiene products left in the shower, stairs with urine on every landing, with fresh human feces in the bottom floor stairwell to top it all off. Won’t even mention to state of the towels and sheets because they’re the least of problems this place has.

This establishment is in a run-down dangerous neighborhood and is being used as a shelter as well as for hotel rooms, information conveniently left off booking sites. The rooms are absolutely filthy with suspicious stains on the walls and carpets, no toiletries in the bathrooms. The check in desk is behind bulletproof glass, the "gift shop" is barred and labeled with a "cash only" sign, and only one elevator works. Residents leave trash in the halls and are loud well past midnight. Despite no-smoking signs, the entire building reeks of smoke (both cigarette and marijuana). If they want to contract with the state to shelter unhoused residents, do that, but don't turn around and pretend to be a normal hotel.

Room had a horribke odor. Water had to run to get hot. Bugs found their way into my pizza. Transients begging for money food cigarettes. Fighting in a room nearby. Left esrly then had the hotel dispute my refund request by saying i stayed majority of the night. Avoid this place at all costs. Better off on a friends air bed.

My eyes immediately started burning when I entered the hotel and my sinuses became clogged, either from smoke or mold or both. The room was very grungy, the elevators are in terrible shape and the whole building smells of smoke.

Went in for an hour before roaches and bedbugs start crawling out everywhere. Went down with video recording showing it to the reception and requested a refund. The guy at the reception was disgustingly rude and disrespectful. He just shunned me and told me “no refund go go” I will never ever go to any hotel by Wyndham. Worst of the worst.

We stayed for 1 night (Sat-Sun), checked in later in the evening (around 830pm). Parking lot and hotel lobby looked sketchy, but it was booked and there was nothing else available. There was only 1 elevator working and other patrons got on the elevator with us had severe body odor. There was multiple bags of "stuff", not sure, but it looked like someone's belongings that was homeless. The desk clerk didn’t really say much, but english was not his first language, and he was not very welcoming. The room looked like something from 1990. The carpet felt like walking on marshmellow. The water pressure was poor, there was no hot water, and it was very noisy in the hallway. I would not recommend this slum hotel to ANYONE.

There was a homeless man who slept in the hall outside our room the time we was there. Breakfast included as in there wasn’t any. Worst hotel we have staying in so far. Would not return

This hotel is very unkempt. I barely slept. At 3am there was banging on the doors. I saw roaches and checked out asap.

First they offered breakfast when booked got there there was none the place smelled like marijuana everywhere no iron in the room not clean plus noise late at night and early morning ,will not stay there again .also booked a king room non smoking and got a doble that only smelled like cigarettes only stayed there because was already 3:30 in the morning and no choice was the closest to where I need to be .

Had to stay here when United canceled my connecting flight. Probably would have been better off if I just slept in the terminal. Hotel was in really poor condition, and in a really sketchy neighborhood. I slept in my clothes. Also no hot water whatsoever.

I did not like the fact that on the website it says breakfast is included and as a pregnant woman it would have been convenient for me and that is one of the reasons i booked the hotel after spending money on cab fair to hear that no breakfast is including they should give a discount or something after paying so much to stay at the hotel 2 night for almost $300 dollar's that is ridiculous. The property is not clean the room is run down it needs alot of repairs and even the elevator is not working this was not a good experience for me

The area didn't look that safe. I was given a box of packed food for breakfast- muffins, apple juice box, yogurt, and chips. The halls are dark with stains on carpet. The room size is nice, However, before I could tell my travel buddy how nice the bathroom looked, she saw a roach. We grabbed our bags and found another hotel to stay. I asked for and got by money back that night.
