Nice space but on a noisy road. The vehicles were so loud they activated our car alarm

Never have an issue staying here its our go to hotel when we come back to visit family was disappointed in other peoples unattended children in the pool area not being respectful of the property so we cleaned up after them when we exited the pool area the staff is always friendly and helpful and always bag all our garbage and pick up our room before leaving its clean and a quiet environment

Our room was updated and clean, however, both doors (it opened to the atrium on the inside) had broken safety latches, which was disappointing. At one point, I forgot something in my car and had to go out, only to find that I couldn't get back in without walking all the way around the hotel to the front entrance, through an unlit parking lot in an area that was around dumpsters and construction. It felt very unsafe. We also couldn't get the shower to turn on, and in trying to do so, nearly pulled the faucet out of the wall. For the money it was fine, but I don't recommend for women traveling alone, or if you have to check in after dark. The room itself was comfortable and clean, and the staff was nice.

We chose this hotel because it advertised a restaurant and bar. Since we were forced off the highway due to a blizzard we thought we could also have dinner and a cocktail. I asked the clerk if they had a bar, he said yes. Forgot to mention it was closed for renovations. Disappointing. Upside the pool was nice. Rooms clean and comfortable as expected from Cobblestone.

Difficult to find the entrance. A maze to get to the room, but it is well marked.

The hot tub was broken, so the kids were bummed. One of the couples in our group expressed concern over it, so they did get a free upgrade to a jacuzzi suite which was nice. Was also a little bummed that the bar onsite was closed and we were unaware, that's the whole reason we chose this hotel. We made the best of it though and had a good time overall.

The room was very clean and the bed was somewhat comfortable. Breakfast was a lot better than most places, scrambled eggs, sauage patties and links, breakfast potatoes, biscuits and gravy, and make you iwn waffles, as well as a few cereals. Hotel was remodeling but was still very clean. Extremely friendly sraff. Will stay again

I hated this hotel. I don’t consider myself a hotel snob. It was rude right upon entering. Loud in the morning. They deny access to the pool before checkout. I don’t know if they were rearranging or pulling stuff out of the room next door but it was awful. I slept so bad. No elevator. No third floor but they will send you on a goose chase to find it. The heater doesn’t work so we were cold

The hotel was an older hotel but nice. The safe was not working because it needed new batteries, we did not deal with that. The hot tub was not hot but the same temp as the swimming pool which was cool to cold. The breakfast was good but they microwave everything, so nothing was crispy. It is located in a high traffic area so there was lots of traffic noise.

The manager PAM would not let me change my reservation even thou I contacted them a month ahead of time. I have two rooms, so I paid for four nights I was not there. Which is a lot. She was not very friendly or helpful.

I have been on a cross country relocation for a week with a cat. I made the reservation to stay, checked in, they RAN MY CREDIT CARD, then stated I wasn't able to stay due to have a cat. The reservation stated PET FRIENDLY but did not state that meant a cat? The front desk blamed it on Expedia, Expedia blamed the hotel, and charged my card anyway with no recourse whatsoever. I had to stay and pay elsewhere and was basically told "We are pet friendly, not cat friendly". UNACCEPTABLE.

Noisy unsafe! Man outside yelling & running. There was no parking space! Parked a block away. in the middle of the night.staff no customer service manners! Will no return.

Had a small issue with our room when we first checked in the staff handled it well and moved us to a new room this property is huge and you could get lost in the maze of hallways but once settled all was good

Very clean rooms, hot breakfast every morning. They have an indoor pool. The pool was not available on one night of the stay but it was fixed within 24 hours. They do have an exercise room but you have to contact the front desk for access. They have a very good Italian restaurant on the premises of the hotel.

Upon check-in we were greeted by a very rude and unfriendly person who gave the impression that it was an imposition to check us in. We found the manager to be just as unfriendly. The facility itself was nice and breakfast was the norm, but the unfriendly demeanor of the staff guarantees we would never stay there again.
Also the outside maintenance made the parking lot unsafe due to unplowed snow although all surrounding establishments etc., were plowed of snow.

The hotel itself was great,
Clean and updated. Bed was pretty comfortable. Great shower water pressure. But the noise outside my window with all of the semi trucks on the highway kept me up all night. Very very loud.

Got placed in a room right by the front desk at 2:45 AM checkin. They had the TV blaring with no door between the front desk and hallway.

Our original room they put us in had no air conditioning. It was so hot and muggy in the room. They sent us a fan which didn’t work. So we ended up switching rooms and it worked out in the end. Good stay after we had air lol

We have made four trips to Colorado Springs to drop off, see and pick up my son from college. We stay at your hotel EVERY time we go there and come back. Love the cleanliness and the whole feel of the hotel.

The key cards didn't work for a lot of the room for our family. I personally had to get my car re-keyed 6 times on check in.
We rented a conference space and "catering" - over $1200 for some gross little sandwiches, a bowl of potato salad, small bags of potato chips, some cake bites and iced tea. On top of it they didn't even try to make the food look presentable - just plopped on a table. This was for a funeral reception. So disrespectful. I was very very embarrased.
