Lovely ocean facing room with lots of space.Bith the room and bathroom were clean if a little old fashioned.
Staff in reception were very helpful but found the restaurant( Brasserie) staff a efficient but not particularly warm or welcoming.
Location very good for sea front and for transport linksgto town centre.Some good bars and restaurants around- better value than eating in the hotel

Friendly staff, quiet atmosphere, and a clean room, but the property as a whole is showing its age. The breakfast was a letdown—it felt reheated rather than freshly made. Fine for a quick overnight stay, but foodies should look elsewhere.

This hotel is amazing! In a lovely location along the Salthill Promenade, where you can walk into Galway or a short car drive. The rooms were lovely and clean and room service was there every morning. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would fully recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.
