Situated in Oak Island, this charming house for $195 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Playa Linda (pretty beach) Cottage is a brand new spacious 1600 sq. ft. home that has 3 bedrooms 2 bath and an ELEVATOR, which is perfect for bringing up groceries, luggage and personal items. The home is located in a quiet street with easy access to uncrowded beautiful beaches, a few block aways there is also easy access to a boat ramp with plenty of parking for those that travel with their boat. Our cottage is on stilts with a single level open floor plan with modern amenities, and its beautifully decorated in beach theme, ensured to help you relax and unwind after a long day at the beach. Ideal for family getaways, vacationing with friends or family gatherings. The beach is a short 15 min walk via the scenic walkway or a 5 min drive. There is a golf cart on the property and can be available for an additional fee. It gives you an advantage of prefer parking at all the 60 plus beach access points throughout Oak Island. In addition, it is a convenient way to get to the beach, tour historical Oak Island, visit the locally owned restaurants, shops and grocery stores. Must be 21 years or older to operate, have a valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance is required. A separate waiver is required and handled separately from rental agreement. The Space: After a long day at the beach, water sports, hiking, golfing or shopping, Playa Linda Cottage will welcome you home to comfort and relaxation. The outdoor shower is perfect for washing off the sand. There is a bench and hooks to help keep your items dry. We also have a hose near the shower area to rinse off beach chairs, coolers, beach toys etc…. We do provide some beach chairs, umbrellas and sand buckets for your use. These are located on the wall behind the shower. A modern designed Kitchen with everything you need to indulge in your culinary fantasies. Open floor plan with a view to the dining area, main sitting area with large 77-inch smart TV with a dedicated Work space. Enjoy your morning coffee in the screened in porch that has a comfortable seating area, and a small dining table with benches that is perfect for breakfast, lunch or for extra seating at dinner time. Ceiling fan provides a nice constant air flow and there is an area to hang wet swims suits and beach towels to dry. Bed room 1: Master Suite with King Size bed, walk-in closet, on suite bath with dual vanity and spa shower/ 50” flat screen TV/ ceiling fans/ light blocking curtains Bed room 2: King size bed/dresser/ 42” flat screen TV/ ceiling fan/light blocking blinds Bed room 3: Queen bed/ Bunk beds with trundle/ 42” flat screen TV, ceiling fan and light blocking blind Guest bathroom: tub and shower, vanity and Linen cabinet. All of our beds are noise free, which have always been one of our pet peeves.

This house appears to be very new but the most impressive thing was how clean it was. The kitchen was very well equiped and the furnishings were very comfortable. This was our first visit to Oak Island and the notebook the owner had compiled was extremely helpful. We would recommend this propery to anyone looking to stay in a quiet neighborhood.

This was a great spot to book on Oak Island for a family vacation. Right off the main road so very easy to get around the island. The host was very responsive and replied to messages within minutes when we wanted to add the golf cart rental last minute, excellent hosts.

Beautiful home that was so comfortable for our family of 6! All of the beds were very comfortable and kitchen is well stocked for your cooking needs! Great location on a quiet street but close to beach and restaurants! We especially loved time on the screened in porch relaxing or playing games!

My family and I absolutely loved our week at Oak Island in this home. The home was really clean and everything was exactly as advertised. I truly loved that everything was labeled: kitchen drawers and cabinets, fridge, lights, recycling bin, elevator, light switches, etc. The house notebook with instructions was in plain sight and easy to navigate. The check-out instructions posted on the fridge was also nice. We rented the golf cart and it made it so easy to go back and forth to the beach. The property owners were very responsive and great communicators. We would recommend this home to others!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The house was very clean and just what we were expecting. We loved that the cupboards and drawers were labeled and there were clear instructions on using the TV. The screened in porch was a great place to enjoy our morning coffee and for our kids to sort out their shells. The bedrooms were all a nice size. There was plenty of space for our family of six to relax after a day at the beach. We did not choose to rent the golf cart, and it was a little bit of a walk to the beach, but definitely doable. The nice thing about being a little further from the beach, however, was that it was a nice quiet neighborhood. The wooded lot next door made it feel even more private. Overall, we were very impressed with the property and would definitely return!

We absolutely loved staying at this beach house. We had lots of space to spread out. The kids loved the screened in porch, their own bathroom, the internet, beautiful tv s and of course the golf cart. We used the golf cart everyday to drive to the beach or to Publix or to pick up dinner. Thank you Maribel for being such a great host and making our stay memorable. You home is so beautiful and decorated perfect for the beach…. Plan to return soon

The screen porch was our favorite spot in the evening to wine and relax. Wonderful amenities and comfortable decor. Using the elevator was very convenient for many reasons, especially bad knees! Loved the area shopping and restaurants. A fantastic stay and experience with the hosts.

The house was perfect, and exactly as seen in the pictures on the web site! Maribel made check in very simple and was easy to contact. We would love to stay here again if we get the time! It's a great central location to check out several of the local beaches.

If we could give 10 stars we would- from our booking until our checkout we had the best experience. If we had any questions about anything Maribel was very quick to text/or even call. The house is amazing- the only complaint was the weather;) We would love to come back when the water is warmer and the days are sunnier. Thank you all for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

This house was new, beautiful and so perfect for our family! We weren't there for the weather and beaches but for Family Thanksgiving. Very clean nicely decorated and the huge TV the guys loved watching the soccer matches on. All the beds were very comfortable. My younger son loved the bunk beds, and couldn't believe that a house could have an elevator. That was the highlight for him. It really came in handy to put all our groceries and luggage in. We all loved using the golf cart so much fun! Kitchen was great! We made dinners and our pies for Thanksgiving. The owners were great and responded quickly and efficently to any questions we had. We would love stay here again!! Thank You, Karen and George
