Situated in Long Beach, this charming house for $232 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Relax in sEaSCAPES’ beautiful garden, take a short 5 minute walk to the beach and Discovery Trail, or cross the street for a round of golf at the Peninsula Golf Course. Enjoy staying on the north end of town in a quiet residential neighborhood, close to the beach, restaurants, pub, fitness center, golf, and bus stop. The single level house features a modern, well designed open floor plan with airy vaulted ceilings. Enjoy the comfortable furnishings of the living room where you can kick back and relax watching a movie on the 65” flatscreen TV or curl up with a good book and enjoy the gas fireplace. Cook a meal in the well-equipped kitchen featuring a gas stove top with grill, dishwasher, Keurig single and carafe coffee maker, microwave, and pantry. The adjacent dining table seats six comfortably. Opposite the kitchen is the laundry room with full-size washer and dryer and utility sink. The primary bedroom, tucked behind French doors has a ensuite bathroom with large shower and walk-in closet. It features a King bed, sitting area to relax and read, and a 55” smart TV. The queen bedroom is down a short hallway and next to the 2nd bathroom. The 3rd bedroom looks out to the street and features 2 twin beds. From the living room, step out to the covered deck, brick patio, and beautiful garden in the fenced backyard. Enjoy grilling on the gas BBQ, sitting around the glass table, or sitting on the deck watching folks playing golf across the street. The double car garage provides secure parking for up to 2 vehicles. In the shed find 2 clam guns and 3 bicycles for your enjoyment on the Discovery Trail. NOTES: - No Pets allowed on the property. Strictly enforced. - Parking – Room for 2 cars to be parked in the garage. - There is no street parking. Cars parked on the street may be towed. (Per city rule) - There is no room for trailers, RVs, or boats at this property. - There is a strictly enforced maximum limit of 6 people. - Bedroom 1: King bed with ensuite bath and 55” smart TV - Bedroom 2: Queen Bed - Bedroom 3: 2 Twin beds - The person who booked the property must be 25 years of age or older and present during the length of the stay. - Outside guests or visitors are not permitted. We respectfully put forth that only those numbered on the reservation may access the property. - This is a non-smoking property. No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted on the property, including the back deck and yard. - There is one decibel reader in the house. It alerts to loud noises. It does not recognize voices, words, or record. (NoiseAware) - Quiet Hours are from 9 PM - 8 AM - There is one security camera, facing the driveway that records video 24/7, but no sound. It is outside above the front door and faces the driveway. - A $500 refundable security deposit is required and will be placed as a hold on primary guest’s credit card. - A signed rental agreement is required and will be emailed when an inquiry or booking is made.

Our first time on the Peninsula—the home was very comfortable and welcoming (maybe our favorite on our fall vacation). Enjoyed cooking meals in the bright kitchen and morning walks on the Discovery Trail. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to Washington!

This is a beautiful warm vacation home with all the amenities in a great area. Loved the layout and how open it was. This area has such a great vibe and so many quaint restaurants and shops. Patti was amazing and got back to me right away with any questions I had. We had an unfortunate situation that happened while we were gone and she was so understanding and let us have a little more time to check out. We will definitely look into getting this house again when we come back. Thank you Patti

This is a very nice rental home. It is in very good condition and was very clean on our arrival. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dinnerware and utensils. There was plenty of room for 5 adults and has a nice deck off the back of the unit. It is very close to one end of the Discovery trail so good access by walking to the ocean and very good access to the main road through Long Beach. We would definitely stay there again.

This rental was one of the best we have ever had. It was in a quiet neighborhood with a homey feel. Everything was new and clean - lacked nothing. I would highly recommend and will definitely rent again when needed.

The open living/dining/kitchen plus the outdoor areas were just what we wanted for spending relaxed time with our friends. Everything was very clean, and the kitchen and laundry were well stocked. We especially appreciated the convenient location, as well as the garage which was available to us for parking.

SEaSCAPE is just lovely. It was well stocked - both in the kitchen and the bathroom - in case you forget something. There were even luggage racks! This was one of the cleanest places we've ever stayed!! Beautifully decorated as well. Lots of seating on the back deck & patio. The decor is very relaxing. Location couldn’t be better- at the north end of the Discovery Trail. You can walk to the beach! The garage was big enough for our truck, with room to spare. We will definitely return!

The home is beautiful in a lovely and convenient neighborhood! The kitchen and living space was perfect for family to gather and cook and play together. Patti was great to communicate with. Would highly recommend!

Loved the house and location(except for some road noise). Only negatives for us were the the two main beds. Our daughter said there bed was so squeaky that whenever any moved it woke the other one up. I have a bad back and master bed was quite soft and pillows were terrible.

Our family really enjoyed it here. It’s clean and well thought out. Nice appliances and plenty of elbow room in the open kitchen. Bedrooms were large and luxurious. Vaulted ceilings, warm, and comfy. Our favorite was the location. Close proximity to the Discovery Trail made for some excellent walks and gorgeous sunsets. The house is well maintained and everything was in immaculate shape and working order. I am hard pressed to think of any issues. I guess we couldn’t find a cutting board in the kitchen and the back screen door was a little tricky. Haha, seriously the house was perfect; we would stay here again in a heartbeat. Our family of six stayed in this VRBO close to the beach. So nice to have such a big and open kitchen. Loved being able to walk down to the beach so easily. Ample space for all of us and well stocked.

Perfect beach getaway location. Clean, comfortable, well appointed house in lovely neighborhood. My sisters and I wanted to spend time cooking together and playing cards as well as beach time and local activities and the place was all we wanted. Great host response to questions and needs. Would definitely stay again.

House was super clean and close to the Discovery Trail. The only things it lacked were curtains in the bedrooms and slider door off the living room. It would've been more relaxing if we could sleep in a little longer if the bedroom windows were darkened and had more privacy from the main highway out back.

Lovely family home, comfortable furniture, and very spacious. Had a hiccup with getting in and couldn’t get the fireplace started. Otherwise, very much enjoyed our stay.

About a ten minute walk from the beach, lovely open spaces in the house with a generously sized kitchen and a great table that does dinner / board games for six.
The coffee table in the main living area was great for solving the jigsaw puzzles that were available.

Our stay at Seascapes was wonderful! The property is just as described and pictured. It’s located in a nice, quiet residential community with easy access to the Discovery Trail and beach.
Seascapes is located 1 mile from the downtown core and easily accessible by car. I didn’t find it walkable as you’d need to walk on the roadside in some sections. The Discovery Trail is a good walking or biking option but it is longer than 1 mile given the meandering nature of the trail.
The kitchen has all of the utensils and cookware necessary for cooking (measuring cups & spoons, hand mixer, cutting boards), an assortment of pots and pans, and a cookie sheet. You do need to bring your own spices and cooking oil.
There is a nice assortment of puzzles and games appropriate for a wide age range. If you plan on riding the bicycles remember to bring your helmet(s).
Dish soap and detergent for the dishwasher are provided. I wish liquid hand soap was provided in the kitchen and bathrooms for hand washing.
Overall, a wonderful property and I would stay here again.

Truly an escape from stress. The home is beautifully decorated and calming. The owners have spent a great deal of love in this property and it shows. The home is welcoming and well kept and maintained. We would be delighted to return.

We thought the house was perfect for a group of 4-6 people. Very clean and comfortable. Close walk to beach and restaurant 1 block away has excellent food. If you are going to cook meals will need to bring own seasoning and oils, etc as only has salt and pepper.

The home was wonderful and spacious, and we all had a great time together. The living, dining, and large kitchen was well suited for our 6 family members. We were able to park our 2 cars in the garage, which made it easier to go in and out like normal. Everything was great, including having all of the small items available such as hot pads to remove items from the oven, the mixer, the aluminum foil and plastic wrap. It was a great experience and we will come back again.
