This newly constructed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 6 with a king sized bed, queen bed, twin top bunk and a twin size sleeper sofa in the living area. It features hardwood radiant heat flooring, a private balcony with gorgeous views and sounds of the Blue River, private in-unit washer and dryer, and modern finishes throughout. The River West Condos offers a shared hot tub, fire pit's + benches, and walking path's along the Blue River. Guests can also quickly access to all of the shops, restaurants and conveniences of Silverthorne while still being close to everything else Summit County has to offer including Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Loveland, A Basin, and golf courses like Keystone River, Keystone Ranch, Breckenridge, Raven Golf Club and more. The entryway has hooks and a storage closet for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The spacious living area features a unique gas fireplace, mounted Smart TV, ceiling fan, and huge windows allowing for great light and beautiful aspen and river views. The cozy furniture offers plenty of seating and the sofa pulls out into a twin-sized bed. Additional sheets and blankets are in the closet. The luxury full-sized kitchen is equipped with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a kitchen island. The kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The expandable dining table comfortably seats six or guests can cozy up to the breakfast bar. The private balcony is just off the kitchen and dining area and offers beautiful views and sounds of the Blue River as well as outdoor seating. The spacious master suite is just off the living area and features a king-sized bed, mounted smart TV, a walk-in closet and modern furnishings. The en suite bathroom has a double sink vanity with quartz countertops and a walk-in shower with a bench. The guest bedroom features a Queen-sized bed and a twin bunk above. Only complaints were the alarm in utility room at front door and the unit was very warm, despite thermostat adjustment and opening windows. The place was 79 degrees when we arrived and remained uncomfortably warm the rest of the stay

We loved this condo with its serene setting on the river. In fact we loved the view so much that we ate many meals there so we could enjoy the view. The condo is modern, clean, yet super comfortable. The primary bed was super comfortable. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful 20 year anniversary in this condo. Bed was comfy, kitchen was stocked with plenty of items to cook with. The river in the back was so nice to listen to on a daily basis.

We have traveled for many years to beat the Dallas summer heat. Many VRBO's and cities later we tried Silverthorne for a week of our month long get away. This property is located right alongside the tree lined river. The patio is well stocked with comfy patio furniture and foot stools. The condo is well laid out with bar height dining table, counter bar stools and a comfy leather sofa. Bring your NETFLIX password or a Roku Firestick for the the TV because you'll need it. The bedrooms linens are comfy but the beds are not. We ran to Walmart and bought a 2" foam topper to make it sleepable, bed is also very creeky. Bathrooms are clean with plush towels and soaps. Kitchen was stocked but could use a fresh set of cookware and not one burger flipper could be found. It was clean and really all the two of us needed. 5 out of our 7 days there the security alarm blared for 2-4 hours each day. It was stationed right outside our front door behind a locked door. Workers would finally come to turn it off, apologize profusely and then it happened again day after day. We enjoyed exploring Silverthorne, the Bluebird Market, a day of guided fly fishing, a walk around the Dillon lake and a day in Keystone. Glad we settled in for a weeks stay.

Awesome location and a beautiful property with outstanding access to the Blue River! Located close to Cutthroat Anglers and the wonderful Red Buffalo Coffee shop and great pastry shop and Sauce on the Blue restaurant. Easy drive to Lake Dillon and Frisco as well as downstream locations for a great fly fishing experience. Nothing better for a Father-Son getaway. Finding any “flaws” limited to need for blinds on windows for windows and please fix the central alarm system outside of the condo (had to push the “acknowledge” button four times due to people triggering their smoke alarm; twice in middle of the night) Ranks near the top of many places I’ve stayed and I don’t hesitate to give it a 10/10! AWESOME PROPERTY!!!

Most everything was good. Think patio and tables should have been cleaned. We cleaned tables off, like mud. Had trouble with coffee pot and dishwasher, not stable.

The property was very inviting and clean. It is at a great location. Very close to shopping and walking trails. A short drive to nearby cities. The only thing I wish was different was there were no blinds in the living room/kitchen area. Other than that the property is wonderful and will definitely stay here again.

There was a loud beeping noise, (like when a commercial vehicle backs up), starting around mid morning
everyday. Everyday I called and/texted the number provided to take care of the issue. Everyday in the late afternoon the noise stopped. I have no idea whether anyone actually did anything to fix the problem. The noise seemed to be coming from the fire alarm utility room. The noise made it impossible to enjoy our time in the condo.

Me and some buddies met up from all around and had a great time , close to good restaurants and right in the middle of the two ski resorts we visited . The creek behind the unit was a great addition to a relaxing time on the porch . The place was spotless and just like the pictures . Wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again .

The property was excellent. The HOA that maintains the road and the parking
spaces was not very responsive. When we arrived the road in the condo complex was flooded and you had to drive thru it to get to the parking space that was covered in thick ice. We arrived on Tuesday and the issue was not resolved until Thursday afternoon after lots of phone calls
and frustrations about alternative parking until the issue was resolved.

Modern, clean, and cozy place. Had all of the amenities that we were looking for. The outdoor hot tub was nice even though it was 10°. The kitchen is stocked with all you need for cooking in. Comfortable beds and heated floors. Management company was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again. The only caveat with the property and the complex is only one parking space is available for the unit and there is no guest parking. We had to overnight park our extra vehicles in Dillon as Silverthorne does not offer any public overnight parking.

My family cannot recommend this property more if you're skiing in the Keystone/Breck/Copper area. So conveniently located and looks exactly like the pictures. Four of us stayed in this condo very comfortably and had all of the amenities needed for a weekend stay. We will definitely be booking this place again for our trip next year.

This condo is wonderful. Fresh and new with lots of ambiance. Beds are comfy, unit was clean and had the amenities you’d need for a weekend stay or longer. Plenty of closet space/drawer space in master bedroom/bathroom. Heated floors were a bonus. Our only complaint was that the unit was very warm, even with heat turned low, but that seems to be the case with most multi-unit buildings. Also, nice that this is a ground level unit (no stairs to climb!) with a carport. Lastly, the river view and sounds are amazing! Would definitely stay here again!

I loved this property! Was passing through Silverthorne doing some fall fishing and working remote. This condo had it all. New construction, very clean, nice decorating, convenient location, walking path along the river -- perfect for me. Would love to come back.
