About this house rental

Located in Dollar Point, this charming house for $487 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Welcome to your Tahoe getaway for all seasons! Located in east Tahoe City, the condo is 15 minutes to Palisades (Squaw/Alpine) and Northstar, walking distance to Skylandia Park and beach, and 5 minutes to groceries, restaurants, and shopping. Clean and sanitized space - travel with peace of mind! This home follows enhanced cleaning protocols to ensure it is properly sanitized. PLUS all sheets and duvet covers are washed and sanitized between *every* stay. High speed WiFi makes this a great place to work remotely. Escape to Tahoe to enjoy the outdoors without missing a beat! This multi-level condo offers space for the whole group. Four bedrooms are set up well for multiple families to share. Enjoy a comfy and open great room space with high vaulted ceilings, a wood fireplace and a balcony overlooking the shared and heated outdoor pool and hot tub. Pool is open Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend (maybe later into September if the warm weather holds) Year round, enjoy access to a shared clubhouse and a communal hot tub. Here is the house layout: Middle Floor: -Entrance -Full-over full bunk bedroom (sleeps 4 kids or 2 adults) -1/2 bath Upstairs: -Great room w/ open kitchen, wood fireplace, dining for 8-9 at the table, 4 at the bar, TV -Deck with view of the pool (keep an eye on the kids while relaxing on the deck!) Further up / Loft: -Full bath w/ shower -Bedroom w/ queen and 2 twins (sleeps 4) Downstairs: -Bedroom w/ queen + slider opening to pool area (sleeps 2) -Bedroom w/ queen (sleeps 2) -Full bath w/ bathtub shower combo -Laundry room w/ full size washer/dryer Additional Amenities: - Hi-Speed WiFi - TV w/ Netflix and Disney + - Pool toys and beach towels - Adjacent to pool (key access, watch pool from balcony) - Keyless enty, individual access code for each guest 100+ reviews can be found on the *other* big plafrorm - 4.89 rating Note there is a video doorbell at the front door and a camera at the back door for security purposes. Footage is automatically deleted within a few weeks and is only reviewed in detail when it is vacant or if there is a report of a problem. Placer County Requirements: Placer County Short-Term Rental Permit number STR22-4782 Parking: Two vehicles can be parked on site (parking passes must be visible) Nighttime occupancy is 10 guests, excluding children under twelve (12) years of age. Nighttime occupancy limits begin at 9:00 p.m. Daytime occupancy is 15, excluding children under twelve(12).
