About this apartment rental
Light and airy newly renovated one bedroom condo in our states capital. Lots of space abounds in this unit. Rooms are large with lots of storage! New queen size bed in pull out sofa for extra bodies that may accompany you. Granite in the kitchen and new tile in the bath. Internet TV in the living room with the highest speeds for movie watching. A nice wide bank of windows give plenty of daylight while looking out over the courtyard.

Very disappointedas we were not able to use television due to not having our own personal password. This was not stated in the advertisement of VRBO and we were surprised. Also the outside of the building was not shown in ad and it was in very bad condition to being unsafe when walking under. Kitchen storage was dirty wobbly and paint falling off. Reported to host and she apologized and stated she personally did not live in area and wasn't aware of it. We are sorry it didn't work out. We chose to leave a day early due to the discrepancy.I again checked the ad to make sure I didn't overlook anything. Nowhere did it state that I needed a personal passcode or app for TV. Also on ad were not any photos of the outside where very unsafe damage.
