This captivating three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo sleeps eight and is teeming with guest amenities. The delightful living room is thoughtfully furnished with two cozy armchairs and an inviting sofa. A large Smart TV equipped with cable and streaming services is available for entertainment.
Enjoy the natural beauty of the canal view from the living room or outside by stepping through the sliding glass doors onto the private patio.
This tranquil kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to serve your favorite dishes away from home.
The culinary artist in your group will appreciate the deep sink, pantry, and tremendous opening between the kitchen and living/dining area providing a divine view of the canal. The charming dining table set for six is perfectly located near the mesmerizing live edge dry bar and beverage refrigerator.
The primary bedroom is the epitome of serenity. It is affectionately appareled with crisp linens, a king-size bed, and a smart TV with streaming and cable services. Outside the large sliding glass doors, the private balcony awaits.
The primary bathroom has a shower/tub combo and is located between the primary bedroom and the third bedroom upstairs.
The third bedroom upstairs doubles as a media/office room and has two twin fold-out sleeper chairs, a writing desk, and a smart TV and DVD player.

great view and location near two pools...inside is updated and is pretty much as advertised on the inside...keep in mind it is a two bedroom with a 'loft' and there are just a couple fold up padded mats in the loft...the grill and the patio furniture are old and rusted and the outdoor rug is old and worn...full time residents next door sit by the front door and smoke cigarettes...other than that it was great

We had so much fun at Rockport. The house was beautiful, and everything was nice and clean. The only thing we did not like was the neighbor. He would park in our spot or park crooked in his spot, and he kept leaving empty Amazon boxes in front of our door. We would move them to the side, and he would put them back. It honestly felt like he did not want us there. Other than that, Rockport was absolutely beautiful, but we were definitely not happy with the neighbor situation.
