Friendliest front desk staff ever! We booked a double bed with sleeper sofa suite. When we checked in we were given a double bed room because we were told that’s how it was booked through hotels.com. I said ok I’d dispute it with them, not Holiday Inn fault.i couldn’t find online where to dispute but busy with family so would figure it out Monday. Property manager called me & walked me through reimbursement with hotels.com. There’s a reason we choose Holiday Inn Express.

The gentleman at the front desk was super nice and accommodating. He offered information we inquired about to continue our trip. The room was clean and beds, pillows were all very comfortable. My husband went down for breakfast but wasn’t impressed with the looks so he only on cereal.

Great place to stay, we were given early check in and the desk attendant was very friendly and helpful. The place very conveniently located by several places to eat, grocery store and shopping. It was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable- I would highly recommend this place

the room had so much bleach fumes it burned our eyes. If the facility needs that much sterilization then The management should vent the rooms 24 hours before occupancy.

Air conditioning is performing kind of weirdly, where it never turns off, but rather switch from heat to cold as soon as it hits adjuated temperature

I was very satisfied with the location and facilities here. But the staff at check-in were very rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. I've never had an experience like this in any hotel. (I think it was probably the employee who temporarily handled check-in when the front desk staff member was away for a while.) I couldn't find any respect or even the slightest kindness from that employee. Moreover, the employee continued to look at the child with a very unpleasant look as he took the free cookies. I want to ask why the employee did that. I think the first step in creating an impression of a hotel for travelers is the check-in time. I believe that even if it is not extreme hospitality, the staff's minimal consideration and respect for guests has a very large impact in determining satisfaction with the hotel. I'm sure no guest would want to be treated like that by hotel staff while paying for their own stay. I really can't recommend it enough. Especially if you're not white!

I absolutely love this place. It is located within walking distance to the outlet mall, which had fantastic shopping. The people at the front desk were so helpful and friendly at all hours of the day.

Very nice place. Staff was extremely friendly & helpful. Rooms were great. Awesome location next to Premier Outlet Mall. Our only disappointment was breakfast. Unfortunately, by the time we attended at 9:30am, they were out of biscuits & eggs. Those are the best & our favorite part of the breakfast meal. The meat looked a little under cooked also. Other than that, it was a totally AWESOME! stay!

Bring eye mask & ear plugs, for possible use, depending on what side of the building your room is located. Suites are "express" suites, so research the rooms' square footage, if room size is important. The rooms are nice. The neighborhood is beautiful and in a lower-crime area than most other area hotels that are located on highway feeder roads. Breakfast had good variety - the freshness of the hot foods depends on how early or late you eat during breakfast hours; coffee is plain with a simple selection of condiments (not everyone can include a Starbucks or Scooters).
