Dangerous street and nightmare scenario

Nothing to like here. My reservation wasn’t processed and I was left out on the street without any assistance.

The property doesn’t have a lobby. They need to check if your name was placed in the security gate and if your host forgets it, which apparently is very common since they have multiple hosts working the available apartments, you are left to ask Bookings.com your money back. Also, Booking doesn’t understand Brasil’s geography well so, to remedy this situation after hours trying to check-in unsuccessfully, they will recommend you a property in another state.

Era pra ser ótimo... mas me decepcionou!

Studio aconchegante e relativamente bem equipado.

1. O controle remoto a TV não funciona (e não é pilha pois comprei outras novas); 2. Sem papel higiênico (tive que comprar); 3. Algumas baratas pelo stúdio (carece detetização); 4. Oferece wi-fi, mas não funciona; 5. Um dos traves e erros com cheiro de suor. Todas estas queixas foram feitas duas vezes pelo WhatsApp da administradora Wecasa (inclusive com vídeo) e nada foi feito.

Infestação de barata

Acomodação com infestação de barata. Fechamos a acomodação do dia 11 de abril ate o dia 13, porém so chegamos no dia 12 e isso ja havia sido falado com a empresa dona da casa. Ao chegarmos pela manha do dia 12, percebemos que tinha uma barata no banheiro, mas relevamos por acharmos se tratar de um caso isolado. Dormimos pela manha e depois fomos para nossos compromissos. Ao voltarmos na madrugada do dia 13, percebemos que tinha 3 baratas DENTRO DA NOSSA MALA, fora diversas baratas pela acomodação. Perdemos muito tempo matando as baratas que encontravamos e conferindo nossas coisas para certificar que nao tinham baratas. Conferimos ate a roupa de cama, tamanho a nossa agonia. Devio o horario, nao iriamos conseguir arrumar uma outra acomodação tao cedo, por isso resolvermos ficar no apartamento, porem com muito receio. O wifi era uma bosta é simplesmente não funcionava. Não tinha ferro de passar e outras coisas também. Queremos que medidas sejam tomadas imediatamente.
