We started our trip to Sri Lanka here and the staff were so welcoming and always made sure they were waiting at the gates for when we came back from a day out. The pool was a perfect way to cool down during the day and perfect start to our holiday!
Very close to the beach, whether you’re walking for 10-15mins or drive for 3-5mins.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and cool (air con was great), and had a cot was ready for our arrival, which meant our little one could nap right away!
Eggs, sausage and toast for breakfast with some fresh fruits on the side was 👌🏾

Relaxte plek om even bij te komen en van je vlucht of voor juist voor vertrek. In een rustige wijk met mooi zwembad. Je bent met 5-10 minuten met de tuktuk in het hart van Negombo. Plus is dat als je de straat uitloopt je al aan het strand zit met leuke restaurants. Onze meiden vonden het vooral leuk dat de eigenaar een tiental konijnen houdt die vrij rondlopen in de tuin.

Our flight was delayed but our driver was generous and helpful from the hotel pickup. We came straight to very large spacious rooms, comfortable beds, good AC, and a great pool - which was soo good after a day of sightseeing. The staff was Wonderful and kind!! We had a nice breakfast, and in general the staff was very accommodating in our meals (we arrived at 4am, and they gave us a meal at noon when we woke up)
The decor and setting of the place feel very old and low effort. The pictures on the site give false expectations.
The water pressure in one of the showers was ridiculously low.
Amenities (coffee, shampoo etc. ) almost non existent.
Nothing we didn't manage through, but overall it was low value for the money vs alternatives in the area.

The pool was great. The kids loved the bunnies. The two-bedroom apartment was plenty big enough for us with two large bedrooms.
It's quite tucked away so you'll need to book a ride to get anywhere.
