Great location, between major city parks, close to restaurants and shopping. The owner and staff were all highly flexible and accommodating, they made us a printout of our Uzbek e-Visa. Having a washing machine and a complete kitchen, however small, makes a big advantage compared to a hotel.
Using three independent pin codes and two different systems for the door locks seems very complicated. You absolutely have to write everything down not to forget and risk being locked out.

quite environment and near to the green bazzaar (walking distance). easy to access to main road.
the room is at 2nd floor. No lift to 2nd floor. we have to use the stairs to carry our big begs to the room.

Location is wonderful, walking distance to green bazaar. Host is very friendly and helpful. Room is very spacious, everything needed in an apartment are provided. Unfortunately shower head is damage on the day i came, the host tried to fix it without delay.
Shower water pressure is quite high, and water temperature is quite extreme, it's either too hot or too cold, if there's a good mix of both will be great.

Оказалось комната в трехкомнатной квартире, а не отдельная квартира, у каждого своя кодовая дверь, прилетели рано, жаль раннего заселения не было, сама все уточняла, заранее не оповещают сами по местоположению, берут депозит 10000, после выселения возвращают
