I loved that it was immersed in nature while at the same time very easy to reach by public transport from Chikmagalur.

We had such a fantastic time staying at The Hosteller Chikmagalur. The location itself is stunning, nestled right in the middle of lush, beautiful coffee plantations. It’s incredibly peaceful and offers the perfect escape from city life.
The entire property has a wonderful, social atmosphere, which made it easy to meet fellow travelers. The common areas, bonfire, and group activities organized were brilliant for bonding.
A huge thank you must go to the amazing team, especially Manu and Himanshu. They were both incredibly helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Manu's guidance on local treks and Himanshu's warm hospitality really made our stay special. The quality of service from the staff here is truly exceptional.
The rooms were clean, the hostel vibe was great, and we'd definitely recommend it to any solo traveler or group looking for an authentic and fun experience in Chikmagalur. We can't wait to visit again!

I really like the environment that the hostel is in but also we have issues to reach any basic needs like some stores or restaurants near us. they are too far away to reach from the hostel.
The power cut is very frequent and i did come for a work when I stayed in here, unfortunately power cut impacted not only my work but half of the night on my sleep so it was too difficult without power or wifi if we reach the place.
