It's a scam. There are house rules which are nonsense, they are not mentioned on Booking.com. They only let you know after you have paid without option to return and on top ask you to pay deposit, which again was not mentioned before. If anyone comes visit they don't return the deposit, which for a regular apartment good for long term use is nonsense.

I am very disappointed by the overall handling of this matter and the absence of any resolution.

The check‑in only being possible from 4 p.m., even though the apartment was already free and cleaned, is not acceptable. In addition, we were unable to follow the instructions provided in writing or with telephone support. As a result, we could not access the apartment and had to find alternative accommodation for that night. After a phone call, which, due to the stressful situation, was not friendly on my part, we were immediately removed from the system by the host. This means that we paid for something but did not receive any service in return. The response to this was an email informing me that we had been removed from the reservation. I replied with a longer, detailed email, but even two days later, I still had not received any response.

Good afternoon, Because of your aggressive behaviour we are not gong to accommodate you . Our colleague wast trying to assist you and you were insulting him . Team LAM Apartmets

Es petit, pero adequat per a 2 persones. Modern.

Poloha a čistota.
