The house was perfect – spotlessly clean and the owners had thought of every little detail. There were games for the kids, tea, coffee and biscuits, tea towels, toilet rolls and even duck food! Communication before we arrived was brilliant too. The house has lovely views across the lake and a great outside decking area with furniture. We were attending a wedding at De Vere Cotswold Water Park and the location couldn’t have been better – just a five-minute walk away. We’d highly recommend it!

Loved the view from the porch over the lake, and the general location was very convenient for activities in the area. The whole site was attractive and well maintained. The house was incredibly well equipped with lots of thoughtful touches like an amazing games cupboard and generous provision of plates, cutlery and kitchen utensils.
Difficult to fault any aspect of the property.

Tout est parfait. Maison grande et très bien équipée. Environnement très agréable avec les lacs de chaque côté et fortement apprécié par les enfants.
Très bonne communication avec les hôtes. Excellente situation géographique pour explorer les Cotswolds, Oxford, Bath....
