GOLPE ! FUJAM... Férias arruinadas

NADA ! relacionado à proprietária e à estadia nesta casa : As fotos são velhas e nao corrdpondem ao estado atual da casa. Fomos feitos de reféns desde o primeiro dia: a proprietária nos avisou NO DIA da chegada que não teríamos acesso à casa reservada por "problemas técnicos" (na verdade, problemas legais que ela já conhecia há mais de uma semana). Ficamos 5 dias numa casa menor, de apenas 2 quartos, enquanto havíamos reservado 3. Quando reclamamos, ela teve a audácia de sugerir que pagássemos do nosso próprio bolso um hotel para acomodar o terceiro quarto. Uma proprietária mesquinha e arrogante. A única coisa positiva deste pesadelo foram Dalva e Guido, funcionários da casa, que foram adoráveis, atenciosos e muito mais compreensivos e acolhedores do que a própria proprietária.

A lista é longa... FOTOS ENGANOSAS: As fotos do anúncio têm pelo menos 5 anos. Não há mais nenhum elemento de decoração, os colchões das espreguiçadeiras sumiram, e até o jardim mudou. Propaganda enganosa total. ESTADO DA CASA: A casa precisa urgentemente de reformas e uma boa renovação. O ar-condicionado da suite é extremamente barulhento e ineficiente. Parecia que tinha um avião decolando dentro do quarto! Impossível dormir direito. Armarios e gavetas quebrados. O enxoval està bem desgastado. O estado das panelas, facas e fogão é deplorável, tornando cozinhar uma missão quase impossível. E pior: a casa é mal protegida, com uma porta que simplesmente não tranca. Segurança zero mesmo se dentro de uma residencia. PISCINA INACESSÍVEL: Não tivemos acesso à piscina durante UM TERÇO da estadia. Entre tratamentos de choque proibindo o banho e a canalização quebrada que nunca foi consertada, a piscina virou apenas decoração. E quando reclamamos, a resposta da proprietária foi inaceitável e desrespeitosa: "De qualquer forma, vocês passam o dia na praia." Falso! E se aluguei uma casa COM piscina, é para poder usá-la! NENHUM GESTO COMERCIAL: Apesar de todos esses problemas, nenhuma compensação foi oferecida. Nada. Zero. BOOKING SEM RESPOSTA : Fiz uma reclamação formal diretamente ao Booking, com todas as provas (fotos, capturas de tela das conversas com a proprietária). Fizeram duas cobranças de resposta. Resultado? Silêncio total. Nenhuma resposta até hoje. TENTATIVA DE INTIMIDAÇÃO: Para fechar com chave de ouro, no final da estadia, a proprietária nos pediu para não deixar comentários negativos no Booking, se fazendo de vítima. Uma prática que parecia muito bem ensaiada... FUJAM! É uma armadilha. Não caiam nessa como nós.
