Overall Facility was ok.
The staff was quite rude.we came at 1:30 and the staff refused to give a room saying it is yet to be cleaned. But when pressed she gave us our rooms immediately but said that the policy is to give room only at 2:00 pm. Customer service is very very poor. I understand if I had come few hours early. But it looked like the hotel was ok to keep the room empty instead of giving us just 30 mins earlier. I have traveled the world and I can assure you that I have never experienced such a rude behaviour.
