excellent location and beautiful building
The room was not properly cleaned, there were tiny roaches everywhere in the room. i think the house keepers dont clean well, more supervision may improve the standard of cleanliness

It was passable.
Unit 507 was lacking a couple things: iron, missing bedside drawer, no toilet paper. It was a booking for two and we got only towel. I saw that in a previous review about another unit but figured it was just that one. Same treatment.
Couple tiny roaches running along the counter and the room had mosquitoes and I had to use a repellent. Reported it to agent contact the morning after my first night and I was ignored.
Risked falling in the bathroom, because there was no mat .
I doubt my review will get Cozy to change considering their disinterest.
