We loved the view and how close it was to the hospital. Easy and great cooking facilities, plenty of space.

The view was spectacular.
House slept a lot of people, good value for money.
We also left an e-reader behind which was kindly posted back to us by owners, thank you,
was very much appreciated.
Bus stop right across the road was handy
Some of the furniture a bit outdated, broken chairs.
The pull out couch in the lounge was advertised as a bed, but it didn’t have a mattress, very uncomfortable to sit on.

We loved the views, absolutely stunning. We also loved that the home was not right in the middle of Wellington, but a little out of the hustle and bustle.
Unfortunately the deck was showing signs of rot, so we didn’t feel safe to go out into it. The home needs a lot of TLC. The stairs to the top floor (spiral stair case) really need to be seen to soon, so we didn’t use the top floor either. The furniture in the home needs to be replaced, it’s very old. It really is a lovely home but needs some work put into it. Bring a small car as parking on street is very narrow (a bus stop right outside the front door so parking there is not an option) and the streets are very windy (in some parts you need to pull over to one side of the road to allow other cars to pass) and the garage was full of items so we could not use it properly.
