The property is exceptionally maintained its quiet and comfortable with direct access to the beach and snorkelling, The on site restaurant serves excellent reasonably priced food and the staff here are exceptional!

We enjoyed the full package, the cost, food, location, the room. You get what you pay for. A thumbs up.
The hustle with the tricycle man to get us to Tipolo. But that's not the resort problem.

Tipolo Beach Resort is a great no-frills place to stay in Moalboal. It’s just steps from the beach, making it perfect for the sardine run and swimming with turtles. The restaurant at the hotel is good, and the service was great. Simple, convenient, and a very enjoyable stay!
The room was a bit dated, but we didn’t expect anything fancy. A few improvements, like upgrading the air-conditioning and doing regular insect spraying, would make the stay even better.

Good views, small patch of private beach. Near restaurants and sardine run/snorkelling.
Some of the staff were not friendly or helpful, when we asked to change new bath towels or asked for beach towels, they seemed reluctant or unwilling to provide it to us. Air conditioning is weak, especially in the middle of the day when it’s really hot.
