It was very close to Haram
This hotel is located in top of a mountain and it's very difficult to navigate even with local taxi driver. 2 hours i was roaming makkah until another taxi driver took me for about 2 rounds. Nearly spend 100 SAR in taxi only from Kuday car park. When the hotel is located in such a location, hotel management should send guidance on how to reach their place! All this happened while in the state of Ihram.

The place is clean, they let me checkin at 8am which is unheard of anywhere else in the world I've been to.
