Friendly staff, lovely comfortable room with the biggest bathroom I’ve seen, enjoyed the roll top bath & the view! Breakfast was good. We also ate there one evening with 10% off as a guest & the food was amazing & such good value.
My only advice would be to create a dressing table area with a mirror as I was unable to see to dry/straighten my hair & sit down to do my make up. The walk down was easy but beware of the walk back up if you’re not able. We were fine though.

Lovely staff, fantastic position in a stunning town. Plenty of history to explore. Amazing huge room with high ceilings, comfy bed and modern powerful shower. Reserved parking for free. Excellent cooked to order breakfast. It was perfect!

Large bedroom and bathroom. Only 4 rooms so not too many stairs. Cosy bar. Good views.
Situated at the top of a very steep hill. Shower was difficult to set temperature and the water pressure was poor.

A member of the staff, called Lucy, was excellent and extremely helpful. The breakfast was good.
The room was very tired and dated. While the bed linen was clean and of good quality, the mattress was very soft. There was an ancient tatty chair in the room and the curtains barely covered the windows. The bathroom didn't appear to be particularly clean but the shower worked well. We were very disappointed with it and if we'd had more time we would have gone somewhere else.
