El departamento está precioso, muy limpio, súper amables y con todas las facilidades que necesitábamos. Nos encantó tanto que seguro regresaremos. Además está muy cerca de buenos restaurantes

Las albercas, la vista, la atención del sr. Alfonso que en todo momento estuvo stento a las necesidades y ofrecia su servicio incluso de lavado de auto y que la cocina está bien equipada con lo necesario.
Que el elevador y escaleras están en mal estado y el depto no se sentía totalmente limpio, de hecho no huele bien, los climas de la planta alta no funcionaron, los baños estaban sucios con hongo en los rieles del cancel y las toallas viejas y manchadas.
Hay cosas usadas y viejas y/o en mal estado, el jacuzzi exterior sucio.
Lo más desagradable fue que el día de salida la encargada de limpieza entró al depto sin permiso cuando todos dormíamos y comenzó a limpiar abriendo puertas de la habitación de abajo y haciendo ruido, al cuestionar el porque estaba allí argumentó que había otros huéspedes después de nuestra salida y que estaba adelantando a lo que le pedimos que se retirara porque no era aún el tiempo y lo hizo de mala gana.

La vista excelente, muy confortable y bonito diseño del departamento. Además, las personas de vigilancia y limpieza en edificios muy amables. La ubicaciín excelente, todo cerca.
Detalles que tienen que ver con la situación de los uracanes (me imagino). Pintura en paredes del edificio. Elevador y mantenimiento en yacuzzi del depa.
Del departamento, que no está includa la limpieza diaria (solo con pago extra por día), aunque no fue un problema porque nosotros lo hicimos como si estuvieramos en casa.

-Excellent location of the building, central to the diamond zone, the quiet beach and separated from the hustle and bustle of the princess. Two very decent restaurants across the street and an Oxxo within 10 minutes walk.
-Clean and well-kept common area facilities. The pools are well maintained without excess chlorine, so you can enjoy a good swim.
-Private and covered parking
-Very friendly security staff and willing to help at all times.
-The spacious apartment, the spacious bedrooms each with its full bathroom. Good view of the beach.
These are just suggestions for improvement:
-The building is old and needs maintenance, for example the elevator.
-only one set of keys proved. Two sets of keys would be better.
-The apartment is fully equipped, but too much of same things and requires a deeper cleaning.
-When you have so much it is difficult to notice where more cleaning is required, for example the stove knobs. Refrigerator should be empty and opened jugs of water should be removed since the origin and age is unknown
-a review of facilities is needed: not all the sink handles work, the exhaust fan in the bathroom downstairs makes a lot of noise, halogen lights should be swiched over to leds, and cleaning the rollers and moldy blinds is needed.
