We had a lovely stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the building felt safe and welcoming. The location was great, and we really enjoyed having the pool and gym. Travelling with children who have additional needs can sometimes be challenging, but we all felt comfortable here and genuinely enjoyed our time.

Location.
From the moment we checked in, the entire apartment had a stench. This is a known problem on The Pearl, but we didn't think that we would be spending our holiday with a sewerage smell. Some of the facilities promised were run down. For example, in the activity room, the ice hockey was not functional, the table tennis - at first - was not available until a set of rackets magically appeared. We came away with the impression that it's not well kempt anymore.
