Bellissimo appartamento in pieno centro a Riga, di dimensioni assolutamente generose, soprattutto per noi che eravamo in due. Come notato da altri l’unico problema reale è il baccano infernale che fanno gli avventori degli esercizi che sono a pian terreno i cui schiamazzi, nonostante l’appartamento abbia doppi vetri e sia al 5° piano si sentono e non poco. È assolutamente indispensabile avere dei buoni tappi per le orecchie!

Прекрасная просторная квартира в самом сердце старого города. Близко к магазинам, рынку и вокзалу. Очень шумно ночью, это стоит иметь в виду тем, кто не планирует веселиться ночью сам. Я бы добавила лопатку на кухне, рожок для обуви в коридоре и кресло на балконе. Гардины давно пора постирать. Но общего впечатления все это не портит, с удовольствием бы осталась здесь еще.

Isot tilat. Kaksi hyvää parisängyllistä makuuhuonetta, olohuone, keittiö ja parveke. Tiskikone ja pesukone. Ilmastointikin olisi periaatteessa ollut.
Ilmastointi ei toiminut. Neljä sisäyksikköä joista yhteen ei tullut eloa ollenkaan. Kolme piti käynnistää sulake aktivoimalla, mutta sen jälkeen niitä ei voinut ohjata yhdelläkään kolmesta kaukosäätimestä. Yksi yksiköistä vuoti vettä lattialle. Muutenkin asiat olivat tarkemmin katsottuna vähän rempallaan; kaappien ovet eivät sulkeutuneet, tapetit repsottivat, sohvassa oli likatahroja. Muuten kyllä puhdasta. Ulkoa kuului arkenakin baareista melu aamu neljään.
