Excellent location: parks, museums, and great cafes/restaurants are within walking distance. The area feels absolutely safe. The apartment is unusually large and well-designed, with clean and fresh feeling. All appliances are brand new. Very comfortable bed + comfortable sofa. The host was extremely responsive, addressing any question and request super quickly. Comparatively good price. Good internet.
The building itself is rather old, which is quite common in these lands.

Clean and modern. A big bed for two and a sofa for one. Open plan (studio), so could be a good choice for a family with kids. Good WiFi, TV with Youtube, full kitchen, full bathroom, washing machine, air conditionner.
Taxi to any place in the downtown Tashkent is only USD 1.5, the car arrives in 5 minutes. Walking distance to a grocery. It only takes 25 minutes to the airport and the train station (to go to Samarkand).
Full online legal registration with the emmigration authorities for 2 weeks+ visitors.
The landlord speaks Russian and English, is contactable by Telegram.
