About this house rental

Nestled in Swannanoa, this lovely house for $195 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Brand new house built in 2022 nestled beside a peaceful creek! Take in gorgeous mtn views while hanging around our fire pit! Whether you are coming to hike and explore, visit the cozy town of Black Mountain, or see all Asheville has to offer, we hope you feel at home with us! -15 minutes to ASHEVILLE -10 minutes to BLACK MTN -25 minutes to BILTMORE -18 minutes to GROVE PARK INN -10 minutes to BLUE RIDGE PKWAY The space ENTRY When you pull up to our home, there is a driveway with parking for 2 cars. You are also welcome to park on the street if needed. Enter the house through the beautiful front porch with an access code provided upon booking. LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN When entering our home, you will walk into the cozy living room with a picture window facing the mountains. The living room leads into the eat-in kitchen. We have a portable high chair for your little ones if needed. The kitchen is equipped with ample pots, pans, and utensils for those who love to cook. We also have a coffee maker and toaster. UPSTAIRS PORCH Right off the kitchen is a back porch with rocking chairs. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee overlooking the babbling brook in the backyard. The back porch also has a gas grill. PRIMARY BEDROOM Exiting the kitchen area, you'll find the primary bedroom featuring a King-sized bed. This room has nightstands with USB lamps, a full-length mirror, and blackout curtains. We have a pack 'n play provided in the closet if needed. A full bathroom is across from the primary bedroom with a tub and a shower. DOWNSTAIRS LIVING When you walk downstairs, you'll find 2 more bedrooms and a downstairs living area. The living area has a Queen-sized sleeper sofa, a TV, and board games. The second bedroom has a full-sized bed and 2 bunk beds. The third bedroom has a Queen-sized bed with nightstands and USB lamps. Both bedrooms have blackout curtains. There is a full bathroom downstairs with a tub and shower. The washer and dryer are included in the bathroom. DOWNSTAIRS PORCH AND BACKYARD Lastly, there is a side porch off the downstairs living area which leads to the outdoor fire pit. We hope you enjoy time around the fire with friends and family while gazing at the stars under the twinkling market lights! Guest access Guests can enjoy the entire home during their stay!

The property is very nicely updated and well maintained. I had a couple questions and the owners responded within minutes. The location was perfect - right in between Asheville and Black Mountain. Would definitely return.

We had a wonderful time relaxing in this home over a rainy weekend with our kids. The home was beautiful, spacious, had everything we needed. The hosts were responsive and informative!

Lovely relaxing home with everything you need, plenty of space for everyone, cozy creekside fire pit with lots of room to run around outside. The kids nested downstairs which was like a vacation on a vacation when we got back from our day excursions. Great proximity to Asheville and Black Mountain, can’t wait to come back and explore the area again!

Great house for our getaway to Asheville! Clean, comfortable, and close to everything we wanted to do. The hosts were very accessible and attentive throughout the trip. Would definitely stay again!

This property is amazing. It is in a good location and the perfect layout for a family/small group of friends. I sincerely appreciated the concern and communication of the host. We're a "shoes off inside the house" family and found the floors to be a bit dirty. However, it wasn't a big deal for us to leave our socks on, so we didn't want to bother the host (especially because she had been incredibly concerned about our comfort). The firepit with the lights and the complementary wine were our favorite features! We certainly hope to come back the next time we visit Asheville :)
