You will love the abundance of natural light that greets you from the expansive glass windows and bifold doors, looking out to the infinity pool, entertaining deck, mountains and ocean. Creating a seamless indoor outdoor living space. A nature enthusiasts haven. There is a resident wallaby, kookaburras and many other species of birds and butterflies. The property comfortably sleeps 8, is on one level and extremely spacious in design, perfect for families, or even two families or three couples. Boasting a huge parents retreat with king size bed, walk-in-robe, a/c & ensuite at one end of the home, the second and third bedrooms are located at the other end, both with ceiling fans one with its own private balcony and queen size bed. The third bedroom with double bunks. All three bedrooms are north facing looking out to the spectacular views (Please note the 4th bedroom/study is locked and stores personal items) Separate studio (connected by a walkway from the main house), with a comfortable double bed, 2 recliners and TV. Great space for the grandparents or extended family.
