About this villa rental
This spacious mansion is located at the heart of Baltimore’s Little Italy (“Piccola Italia”). This is a historic and vibrant community offering cultural festivals throughout the year picturesque street scape and authentic bakeries and restaurants featuring multi-region Italian cuisines.
Guests thoroughly enjoy the retreat-like Palazzo style mansion featuring:
• A large indoor pool
• A spa main bathroom
• A yoga studio
• A large indoor garage with parking for 4 cars (two EV charging stations are available).
• Covered porch with all equipped outdoor kitchen and seating areas for 24 people
* Second porch with sitting circle for 12, and swing bench
The mansion is fashioned after an Italian Villa with painted ceilings, expansive marble hallways adorned with Romanesque columns, and is bathed in lots of natural light from 13 skylights.
The property built in 1991, has been on the Little Italy tours, and was featured in two TV series. The Washington Post called this property “Little Italy’s Landmark of Luxury” and the Baltimore Sun dubbed it “the Row Palace.” Most recently the house has been featured by the Baltimore Banner among best short-term rental gems in Baltimore.

Our stay at the Italian Villa in Little Italy was nothing short of perfect!! The house is gorgeous, immaculate and HUGE! Very comfortable for our entire family. The decor is beautiful, highlighted by the owner's paintings of scenes in Italy! Each bedroom is uniquely decorated, very spacious and comfortable. The gourmet kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious home cooked meals. The living room has ample seating to sit and enjoy the huge screen tv and take in a sporting event or movie. Of course there is a wet bar right there, too. The logia upstairs is fabulous!! We had dinner al fresco one evening and enjoyed the fresh air and fire pit. The Sonos system throughout the house and logia made it easy for all to enjoy music throughout the day. And the swimming pool!!!! The enjoyment of the indoor swimming pool is not to be overlooked. It was so relaxing to lounge in pool area and enjoy a swim with our crew. The location is fantastic - we walked everywhere and enjoyed the best of Little Italy and Fells Point. And our host Ilana was amazing! She made sure we had everything we needed and was available on a moment's notice. We will be back to stay in the Italian Villa on our next trip to Baltimore with family and friends, and we can't wait! Thank you Ilana for making out trip so wonderful and memorable!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the villa. It is an amazing home in a quiet neighborhood near many Baltimore attractions. Works for those who want to gather, play games, swim, cook, relax, dine on the extensive open air balcony. Also equally attractive if you prefer to visit nearby restaurants and cafes. Made a great weekend getaway with friends but could have stayed longer. Hope to return again!

The location and space was AMAZING- however was completely over shadowed by the host who emailed me completely inappropriate questions regarding my itinerary for the weekend, the NAMES of my guest and then also asked to send pictures to show that they are ‘inclusive.’ Now I’m not sure if that is cause I am black, my partner and I are gay, or that we are in an interracial relationship- but I don’t think we should be asked to be put on display for that reason. She also went on the internet and looked up information about myself and my wife. There were 7 women at the house between the ages of 38 and 55- to feel like we were doing something ‘wrong’ because of all the outside emails prior to our stay, was just not a good feeling at all.
