Situated in Muskoka Lakes, this charming house for $2,860 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Summary: Welcome to Pure Serenity on Lake Rosseau! This rare Muskoka gem has 2800 feet of very private shoreline and is absolutely perfect for your family vacation! Located on a sheltered bay with a massive sand beach, this cottage boasts clear waters, sandy shores, sunset exposure and lots of gently sloped land for kids to roam and play. Situated on 28 acres of land near the end of a quiet road, Pure Serenity offers essential privacy with plenty of opportunity for quiet walks through the woods and along the tree lined country lane ways. In the heart of Ontario’s cottage playground, the cottage has its own tennis court with a viewing pavilion, a hot tub, a gym and many other features, offering the best of Muskoka cottage lifestyle: calm waters, sunsets, golf, fine dining, yoga on the dock and family time. The Space: Designed with families in mind, there are plenty of water toys and a two-bedroom guest house plus the main cottage has an expansive porch with hot tub, separate family room, spacious dining room for relaxed meals and evening discussion and a large river rock wood burning fireplace for cool evenings.  3 TV's with satellite service are located as follows: Family room, master bedroom and guest cottage.  The guest cottage features a billiard table plus a seating area with fireplace and a bar area with kitchenette. The two guest bedrooms are in their own wing plus the principle bedroom is an oasis with its own private ensuite bath featuring a soaker tub and a walk in shower.  This is a safe place for kids to learn boating and water skills or for people who prefer to swim or wade in calm waters. There’s plenty of shallow water with a sandy bottom plus deeper water off the dock. The water is about 10 feet deep at the edge of the dock and and shallow at the sand beach area. To the left of the dock & for the entire dock length plus 20 to 25 feet wide the area is clear and has a beautiful sandy bottom. The large deck provides full sun or shade. It’s a great place for waterside living and perfect Muskoka sunset evenings. Inside the cottage you will find wide plank pine floors, tasteful wood trim and traditional furnishings with accent pieces by Mackenzie Childs.
