Located in a gated community located on the West End of Mexico Beach, Waterside Village Condo 109's private balcony offers admirable views of the gorgeous, zero-entry community pool and hot tub, which sits on the bank of the canal and neighboring cottage-style houses. The stylish living room has an inviting sofa right in front of a flat screen TV with cable; so, kick your feet up or enjoy movie night on the queen-sized sleeper sofa. Or, if you are in the mood for a refreshing time, the outdoor features of Waterside Village add just the right touch to make any vacation laid back and enjoyable. Around the pool are lounging chairs, outdoor dining space, park side grills, and boardwalks. Show off your cooking skills in the well-equipped kitchen! It has everything you need to prepare tasty meals and snacks for the group, including a brand-new refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The duo Keurig/Regular coffee maker is a nice addition, especially for coffee enthusiasts. The dining table seats six comfortably, and there are four extra stools at the breakfast bar. You can also conveniently wash your swimsuits in the private laundry room tucked behind a door! The main bedroom enjoys partial canal views and a spacious ensuite bathroom with a shower and double vanity. Hang clothes and store luggage in the master bedroom walk-in closet, which is equipped with a pack-n-play and highchair for your convenience. The guest bedroom has two sets of twin sized bunk beds, smart TV, and closet. There is another full bathroom in the hallway The beach is just a short walk away. Grab the wagon and walk down one-block for a day at the beach with two provided beach chairs, then come back up to let the kids play in the pool while grilling hamburgers for an evening cookout. This unit was gutted and professionally remediated, has been COMPLETELY REBUILT from top to bottom after the storm with new EVERYTHING! New wiring, plumbing, flooring, painting, windows, doors, cabinets, countertops, etc. Mexico Beach truly lives up to its name. Seven miles of pristine sugar-soft sand beaches along the Gulf of Mexico are among the finest in the United States. Sheltered by the long arm of the St. Joseph Peninsula, Mexico Beach is known as "the surf with no undertow". The whole family can swim, wade, snorkel, find that special seashell, or just let the white sand squeak underfoot. When you are in Mexico Beach, you are always within walking distance of the beach. No boat or jet ski trailers allowed in parking lot; boat day docking is available at Waterside Village, with boat parking and ramps located 1/2 mile away at Mexico Beach boat ramp. Don't forget to bring - While Shoreline provides you an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following or make your trip to the store after checking in as the unit may have some of these items already: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, toiletries, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

We looked for an affordable beach place for a last minutes trip with the kids before school. We almost gave up until finding this gem. It has everything! Pool, beach, beautiful and comfortable decor. We loved it. Just this right size for a 3 night trip with teenagers. 😆. It was thoughtfully furnished and had plenty of helpful things like paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, extra pillows and blankets. The management company was kind and helpful. We will definitely be back!

The condo was absolutely gorgeous, spacious for the whole family and very clean with all described amenities and more. Loved being on the first floor and very close to the pool and beach access directly across the street. We will most certainly be back!

Our week staying at “”Once Upon a Tide” was nothing short of wonderful! This unit is immaculate and has every amenity you would ever hope to find in a rental. Very easy walk to the beach and an even shorter walk to the pool and hot tub! You’re on the bottom floor, so no stairs or elevators! The perfect set up for young children too…a pack & play, wagon, pool & beach toys all available. The wagon made getting to the beach so much easier and not having to haul chairs from home was a bonus! I can’t brag on this place enough! We will definitely be back!

We had the best stay at Mexico Beach, at the "Beach Baby" condo with Shoreline Rentals! The actual beach was beautiful - clean, white sand, and we are Shell Seekers and were not disappointed! The water was so clear and refreshing as well! We were able to take long walks so snuck in a bit of exercise a couple of times a day - good thing because there was so much good food around to eat! It was the perfect combination! The condo itself was in a great location, very clean, and super comfortable - great use of space, nice comfortable king-size bed, cute kitchen, nice little porch, all amenities were taken care of, and then... the pool! Highly recommend the property and the property management company - they are top notch!

Easy, quick walk to the beach, and the condo was nicely appointed, great linens,all the beach items you need or forgot, and always got a quick response to questions. Very accommodating and we will use them again!

Condo was decorated perfectly. The cleaning people just need to clean under the kitchen cabinets and baseboards through out the condo. I run a cleaning business at home so I maybe a little critical.

We loved our stay! The condo was so clean and comfortable and had all the amenities we needed and then some! We enjoyed being able to pull right up to the door - no stairs or elevator needed. Very short walk to the beach. We loved the hot tub and pool area, too! Will definitely return!
