Apple Tree Apt 2 - is very conveniently located in the center of Milford, less than a five-minute ride from Cooperstown Dreams Park, or just 10 minutes to the Village of Cooperstown. Laid out efficiently and always sparkling clean, Apple Tree Apartments are a great value for a small family. The Village Park is across the street, while Rail Explorers and the Charlotte Valley Railroad station are a block away. This is a scenic railroad that runs only during the day. Three local breweries are close by, one within walking distance. Apple Tree Apt 2 is located on the second floor of this renovated historic building. It is the whole second floor of the duplex. There is a private covered entry on the left side of the building. A private balcony off the back area provided private outdoor space. There is a patio area complete with picnic table and grill available for your use. The bedroom has a queen bed. For additional sleeping there are two day beds in the living room, the daybeds provide a total of 3 twin beds. There is an updated bathroom with a tub and a shower. The kitchen has a classic 2 burner cooktop for times gone by, please note there is no oven. Apple Tree Apartments is a duplex comprised of 2 apartments both with private entrances. The Apple tree apartment was the perfect place to stay. We loved it. The apartment was beautiful and extremely clean. We loved the old farmhouse theme. Anne Marie the host was so nice and ment us when we got there. She gave our son baseball themed gifts and even a pack of baseball cards. She had the apartment equipped with everything we needed for the week.It really was perfect. We have recommended it to several of our friends that will be coming to dreams park with their boys.

We stayed for Week 4 of Cooperstown Dream Park and this was the perfect place. It was spacious, clean, and great location to the park. Ann was on top of everything in case you need anything. Can’t recommend this place enough!!
