Welcome to Beach-A-Holic, a stunning, pet-friendly 5-bedroom, 5.5-bath home in Island Park Estates that offers spectacular views of the Texas Gulf Coast. Just steps from a boardwalk to the beach - easily accessible by golf cart - this home provides the ultimate coastal escape. Relax on your balcony with a drink in hand, feel the Gulf breezes, and take in the sparkling blue-green waters—it’s the vacation you’ve been dreaming of.
The first floor features a spacious den area with a wet bar and two bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and an en suite bathroom. Step outside to the covered patio and enjoy the private swimming pool, perfect for cooling off after a day in the sun.
On the second floor, you’ll find three more bedrooms, including two primary suites. Both primaries offer king beds, full bathrooms, flat-screen TVs, and share an oversized balcony with amazing views. The third bedroom features three twin-over-twin bunk beds and its own full bathroom—ideal for kids or extra guests.
The third floor is all about island-style living. A fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up your fresh catch, along with a dining area and a spacious living room that opens to a covered deck with uninterrupted ocean views. Two pull-out queen sleeper sofas with memory foam mattresses provide extra sleeping space. Additional entertainment options include a ping pong table, dart board, and an arcade with over 60 classic games. We had a wonderful stay at this property overall. The location was excellent—just steps from the beach with a convenient boardwalk leading directly to the sand. We especially appreciated the wash-off station, which made it easy to rinse off after spending time on the beach.The home was spacious, clean, and offered beautiful ocean views. Having elevator access was also a great convenience when bringing in luggage and groceries.The hosts were responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay, which helped make the experience enjoyable and stress-free.There were a few maintenance and housekeeping issues that could be improved. The outdoor trash area was overflowing when we arrived, and critters had gotten into the trash, leaving a mess that we ended up cleaning up ourselves. We also noticed that the drip coffee maker was missing, and the power cord for the griddle was not available, which limited our ability to use some of the kitchen amenities.Despite these minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and believe this property has a lot to offer. With a few improvements to maintenance and inventory checks, it would be an even better experience for future guests.

Great communication after renting this property. Beautiful house, spectacular view, loved the kitchen. One small draw back was could not find cord for electrical griddle. Close to beach as stated. Loved the property

We had to unload the dishwasher. The toilet seat in the second floor bathroom was broken. The swimming pool had sand all in it. I did send these items back on the first day from a text asking if everything was ok.We could not lock the front door. I was called by a representative that said punch any button on the keypad to lock the door. It still did not work. The representative was sending out a property agent. Then a text said punch the Yale button. Not sure why the pad did not have a lock button. It worked but frustrating when on birthday vacation.The house is decorated lovely. It does need some repairs. Paint(rusted areas), outside stairs are not safe.
