This 5-bedroom, 5.5-bath retreat accommodates up to 14 guests and is the perfect blend of coastal luxury and relaxation for family vacations, multi-generational gatherings, fishing trips, and Texas Gulf Coast getaways.
Enjoy panoramic Gulf views, a private heated pool and hot tub, expansive balconies and patios, and easy beach access just a short walk or golf cart ride away.
The open-concept design features a gourmet kitchen, spacious living and dining areas, and breathtaking Gulf views. Four private en-suite bedrooms and a bunk room for kids and teens make The Sanctuary ideal for families, multiple couples, fishing groups, and multi-generational gatherings.
Amenities include elevator access, Smart TVs, high-speed WiFi, and golf cart-friendly beach access. Minutes from fishing, golf, boating, dining, and shopping.

* No pets allowed.
* Driveway parking for 4-5 vehicles; street parking prohibited.
* Smart AC system pauses cooling when doors or windows remain open.
* The home's climate-control system is optimized for guest comfort at 72°F. Requests for lower temperature settings may be subject to additional fees.

Beautiful property! Dishwasher and disposal were not working. Didnt plan on washing dishes by hand on vacation.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home over the 4th of July with our entire family. The house is gorgeous—immaculately clean, thoughtfully decorated, and incredibly well-kept. The private pool was the perfect size for both kids and adults to enjoy, and the large hot tub was a great bonus.One of the highlights was the stunning view of the beach from the house. Beach access was quick and easy, We rented golf carts for even easier access.Guest services were top-notch. They were extremely responsive, checked in on us during our stay, and made sure everything was perfect. We had no maintenance issues at all. A couple things to keep in mind: the home has only one residential refrigerator, which can be a tight fit if you’re bringing groceries for a large group. Overall, our family had a wonderful time and would absolutely book this home again. Highly recommend it for a beach getaway with family or friends!

Great experience. The elevator made it easy to get heavy items up and down from the third floor kitchen. Beach access 2 was so close we were on the beach and set up in no time. The boardwalk was right around the corner just had to make sure to have mosquito spray by the community pool. Other than that the place is amazing!
