About this house rental
No parties allowed. One story holiday house of 85m2 with 20m2 terrace overlooking the entire lake Thun. No close neighbours, the parking is directly connected to the house. You have your peace and privacy here and it's a great starting point to explore the Interlaken area and the mountains of Switzerland.

Thank you to David for welcoming my family into his home and being very helpful along the way from check-in to check-out he was so kind in answering all my questions. His home is beautiful and left us in awe! We couldn’t recommend little villa enough for your stay in Interlaken region. A trip of a lifetime!

Amazing views, clean and well stocked home, very comfortable and nice to have laundry. An easy walk to the local market, perfect location to do all the day trips we planned!

Good: Amazing view. modern amenities. Washer/dryer were great. Interior very clean (any cleanliness issues are related to the exterior) beds comfortable, furniture newer and nice. Mostly well supplied (see below). Location was excellent, quiet neighborhood with quick access to a lot of major attractions. Owner was responsive with easy check-in and check- out. Bad: Ran out of essentials: coffee, paper towels and napkins. As another mentioned bushes in the back were over grown and partially blocked the view. Needed some basic yard maintenance i.e. trimming, general cleaning of the back porch. It was hot, cleaners left exterior blinds up all day so after a day of hiking and afternoon sun the interior temps were uncomfortable the first night even with fans. Overall it’s a nice place and beautiful. Driveway access is a little tricky to find the first time but once you know where to turn, no problem. Some minor adjustments and this would have been a perfect place.
