Eine tolle Unterkunft
Ein altes Haus mit alten sehr gut erhaltenen Elementen z.B. Fahrstuhl und Treppenhaus
Und dann das toll angelegte, top renovierte und beeindruckende iAppartment Ein toller Kontrast.
Sehr schöne ruhig gelegene Zimmer zum Innenhof.
Nahe gelegener Bäcker. Hunde sind erlaubt.
Und der Olivaer Platz liegt direkt nebenan.
Wir haben immer einen hausnahen Parkplatz gefunden, der tagsüber gebührenpflichtig ist. Die Laufstrecke zu Fuß zum KaDeWe dauert 45 min
Eine normale Kaffeemaschine hätte uns gefallen, da wir im Appartment gefrühstückt haben

Das Haus in dem Zimmer sind sowie das Konzept insgesamt
Ich habe extra ein Atomkernen mit Balkon genommen. Leider gibt es darauf keine Sitzmöbel und dann macht ein Balkon für mich keinen Sinn. Bei meinem letzten Besuch war das Zimmer angenehm, weil es größer war (mit Küche), im Bad keinerlei Möglichkeit etwas abzustellen.

The elevator is quite old, which seems charming at first but than it stopped working by the evening of the first day and than we didn’t feel comfortable using it after, worried it could get stuck again, and there is no apartment staff at the property.
