Charming decor, some quirky touches, very comfy beds, felt like home! Fab location & the parking space a real bonus.

Close proximity to the Norwich Centre and parking free albeit a bit tight to get into but I do have a 4x4 smaller cars would be fine
My only issue was I found the bed in the bedroom in the main level with kitchen etc a bit uncomfortable but just my personal preference

Everything really. Communication was great, even before arriving. Facilities were top notch, it was very clean, beds comfortable, everything worked and to top it all the location was superb being just a few minutes to the city centre.
