Exceptional

This property is located in best place and the backyard is big and clean. Also, very comfy, clean and best for family and friends. The owner is very helpful. Will come back again this summer.

Comfortable house would of liked to be aware of granny flat and key collection before booking.

The kitchen was nice and the dining room table was able to fit the family. The sofas downstairs were comfortable, but the heating was a little lacking. There are two large and individual couches, there was adequate space for the whole family to watch Netflix together in the evening after dinner downstairs. The heating upstairs was very good and kept us warm throughout the night.

I would have liked to be able to collect the keys from a lock box at the house instead of collecting them from the motel in the next town over. Another important clarification in the booking description should include that there is a granny flat on the same property, this might have changed our mind about staying there. Also, more attention to increased level of cleaning standard should be implemented.

Very shocked as this is rented as a duplex and not...a family home.

Presented in a clean manner.

The property is advertised as “Entire Home” and is actually rented as a duplex. We did book peak holiday season and expected to spend more and that is ok.... but when you are sharing your private and outdoor space with other people on the property, then this is not ok! We were not consulted, or asked, and booked this property in good faith as we thought more on the premium end. So it was a massive shock to share this with other guests, as those guests may also of thought the same. The property in presented clean, but also lacks some very basic essentials and needs updates in this area. The beds to sleep are on the lowest end of comfort so if you need or like support, you will need to take this into account. The kitchen Hot water tap is also connected in reverse, so if you have children be aware. Cold is actually very very hot. it was a real shame...but we still love Jervis

Will go back again.

It is next to backwater lake and you can fish there, the property also has canoe. property well equiped. Lemon tree with lots of lemons

Not all bathrooms have bathmats, especially downstairs one. And as thats a mini toilet, the water splashes from basin and wets the floor. A tea strainer would be good. A better communication regarding entrance is needed. as to how to open front door when arrived.as we were given keys however front door was smart lock. then the next door granny occupier told us to open door from the back of the property.

Disappointing

location

For $800/night definitely NOT worth it. Its a shared house with a granny flat attached which was not in the advertisement. Reception "couldn't remember" the access code so we were given keys that only allowed access from the backyard of the house. Furniture looked like it was bought at a garage sale, all mismatched and random, beds were only doubles even in the master and mattresses were uncomfortable. The house was not fully furnished and had cables still hanging out of the wall in the media room. Fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans etc but no cutlery. It also says access to "deep water" but it backs on to mangroves, so you cant actually access the water from the house. The house/build itself is beautiful, bathrooms were lovely and very modern. I would pay $300/ night but not $800.

Great property and location

Location of the property and the property itself.

Just a few things which can be addressed to get a 10 star review, 1. Washbasin in bathroom areas having very slow drain so if you open the tap water , the basin will fill out within seconds - possibly it needs some cleaning 2. The bath tub keeps draining the water even if the floor west is shut, so if you plan to take a bath in the tub, it will be a waste of water

Superb

Amazing location, gorgeous house and very clean. Loved our stay there.

Some cleaning supplies were missing such as sponges to clean dishes and rag to wipe the tables.

Overall, our stay was very relaxing given that the property is very cozy. The location is accessible to shops nearby and

the property is just very gorgeous, quiet, clean, and spacious. We were totally in awe of its beauty.

Loved the layout of the property n facilities just needs a tumble dryer and bit better cleaning of the kitchen.
