Good location
One tiny lift that was hardly ever available as it was constantly used and held by the cleaning and laundry staff.
The most horrendous drainage smell, particularly on the lower floors
Room far too hot and air cooling did not work
Milk not replensihed every day and left out of the fridge so went off
$$$$
